ICI Magazine CD review is out!!!

// November 22nd, 2007 // No Comments » // music // music

Hey everyone,

ICI Magazine reviewed Folk Tales in the November 22nd issue, finally! They gave it a really great review :-) It feels so good that people are “getting” my record and that I’m not crazy for doing this. I want to thank Evelyne from ICI fornher help in spreading the word about Folk Tales.

The only thing is that the date for the Casa del Popolo gig is December 13th! (not 15th)

THANKS!!

Here’s the review (Go to page 25)

MATT LIPSCOMBE
FOLK TALES
(SP)

Last week while Gus, Kim and I were in promotional mode for Me Mom and Morgentaler, we ended up singing Anarchie live on the radio during Christiane Charette’s radio show! Here’s a press photo from that day.

Review of Folk Tales in VOIR back in October

// November 20th, 2007 // No Comments » // music // music

Since this is the beginning of my blog presence, I just wanted to share with you all a wonderful review of my current album Folk Tales that was in the Montreal VOIR magazine back in October 07.

“Folk Tales
Olivier Robillard Laveaux
